Glenn P. Allen
Glenn Allen brings a broad array of skill, knowledge and experience from his greater than 25-year career. Glenn has provided consulting and training services to Toyota Motors USA, Lucent Technologies, Eastman Kodak and other organizations across multiple industries. His work in Human Service/Healthcare includes St. Peter's Healthcare Services, and hospices and HIV/AIDS advocacy and care organizations.
Glenn also has extensive experience in the public sector serving on projects for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other federal, state, and local administrations, authorities, and agencies. Glenn has served as Manager of Organization Development for EPCOT at Walt Disney World and was a Senior Consultant and Master Trainer at Cornell University, Education Specialist at The University at Albany, and has held adjunct positions in several colleges and universities.
A sampling of Glenn's areas of expertise include: Executive coaching, communication and conflict resolution, change management and personal resiliency, diversity and inclusion, leadership/management training and development, group and team dynamics and development, performance management program design and implementation.
He is the author (as Glenn Allen-Meyer) of the book Nameless Organizational Change, as well as various articles on the topics of organizational change and communication / conflict resolution skills. Glenn is also the creator of The Reaction Reflector, a tool for identifying individual and organizational reaction and response to change.
Glenn is a 1995 graduate of the American University/NTL Institute’s Masters degree program in Organization Development. He is a member of the NTL Institute, where he has also served on the Board of Directors. He is certified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI), the Center for Creative Leadership's (CCL) Benchmarks assessment tools, Zenger-Miller training, and the Organization Development Resources (ODR) suite of change management training tools.
